1. About these terms
AILL provides digital products and services that help people and organisations learn, prepare, understand operations, and improve how they work. These terms apply to the AILL website and services that reference them, including learning tools, interview preparation, institutional solutions, operational intelligence, and consulting.
AILL — Applied Intelligence Labs is operated by Applied Intelligence Labs Private Limited, based in Hyderabad, India. References to AILL, we, us, or our in these terms refer to the company operating these services.
A product-specific agreement, order form, or statement of work may set additional terms. Where it expressly differs from these general terms, it governs the relevant service, subject to applicable law.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. Use only accounts, workspaces, and information you are authorised to access. Contact hello@aill.in if you suspect unauthorised account activity.
Where available, you may sign in through a third-party identity provider. Access to an AILL account does not automatically grant access to every product, paid feature, or organisation workspace.
A parent or legal guardian must authorise and supervise a minor’s use of services intended for children. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to accept the applicable terms and provide its information.
3. Services, trials, and purchases
Features, eligibility, trial allowances, usage limits, access periods, prices, and applicable taxes are described on the relevant product page, checkout, or written agreement.
Trial offers vary by product and do not apply automatically across AILL. Recurring billing, where offered, will be disclosed before purchase.
Payments are handled by payment service providers. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and any applicable service-specific agreement.
4. Your information and materials
You retain your rights in materials you provide. You authorise AILL to process those materials as needed to deliver the requested service, subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement.
Only submit information you have permission to use. Avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information, passwords, or third-party confidential material.
5. Responsible use
Do not use AILL to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, harass others, impersonate someone, access another account, bypass usage limits, or interfere with security or availability.
Integrations and automated access must use methods expressly supported or authorised by AILL.
6. AI outputs and human judgement
Some services use AI to generate explanations, conversations, diagrams, assessments, summaries, recommendations, or operational signals.
These outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Review important outputs against reliable information and use appropriate human judgement before acting.
AILL does not guarantee academic results, employment, business performance, or uninterrupted operations. Its outputs should not be the sole basis for decisions affecting a person’s opportunities, safety, or essential services. Product-specific professional oversight requirements continue to apply.
7. Ownership
AILL and its licensors retain rights in their software, branding, designs, and proprietary materials. These terms do not transfer ownership of your materials to AILL or grant unrestricted rights to third-party content.
AI-generated outputs may not be unique, and their use remains subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
8. Availability and changes
Services may be affected by maintenance, technical problems, or third-party outages. Any specific availability, support, delivery, or service-level commitment must be stated in the applicable plan or agreement.
We may improve or modify services. Material changes affecting a purchased service will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using a service or request account closure through hello@aill.in. Closing an account and cancelling a paid service are separate actions.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, non-payment, or legal requirements. Any remaining access, payment, or refund obligations will be handled under the applicable policy or agreement.
10. Responsibility and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not restrict access to competent courts, consumer forums, or other remedies available under law.
11. Updates and contact
We will display the current update date and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Where consent is required, we will request it. Existing commitments remain applicable to purchases made under earlier terms, unless a change is lawfully agreed.
